Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please notify us no less than 48 hours, before your scheduled appointment time. At Full Moon Hair & Spa we like to enforce a strict but reasonable policy. We understand that an occasional missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen. However, the final decision of the following enforced policy is up to Full Moon management. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: No refunds on deposit if you do not show up to your appointment. If you wish to cancel/reschedule, please do so 48hrs in advance. Appointment Arrival Time Policy Because we are typically scheduled with back-to-back appointments, it is imperative that you arrive at or before your scheduled start time.
